Support Group

Mentor Scotland offers a free drop-in service for men every Friday evening in the Ben View Resource Centre, Dumbarton. Our drop-in service is open from 5pm until 10pm, during this we also offer a men's talking group between 7pm & 9pm. This is a safe, non-judgmental place for men to come along and open up. Discuss their story and be given the support that so many men need. Within the support groups we aim to connect others in a community and provide them with the tools to help themselves overcome challenges that they are facing.
